Our support policy is clearly laid out for two main reasons - so you can reach a solution as fast as possible, and so that we can keep our costs down, and therefore keep our prices down for you.
If your problem has to do with a specific piece of software you have installed on your site; then we do not officially support it. However, we will do our best to help you out with any issues that you have. The best place to find out solutions to these types of problems is to first Google your particular issue. Chances are that someone has come across the problem before. If you can not find an answer, Open a support ticket and we will answer your question promptly.

Make sure when you open a ticket, to select the proper priority level and include a full description of the problem including exact steps to recreate the problem.
