How do I cancel my account?

First we must say that we are sorry to see you go! If you have not done so already, we suggest opening a ticket and allowing us to fix any problems you may be having with us. You can cancel your account by logging into your customer area at www.bluetreehost.com/support/. From there, click "My Hosting Packages". On the account you'd like to cancel, hit the button that says "View Details" . At the bottom of that page, there is a button that says "Request Cancellation". After clicking that, we ask that you fill out a short form with why you are leaving, and whether you would like to be cancelled immediately or at the end of the billing cycle. Again, if you are considering leaving us, let us know what is on your mind! We hope that you will continue to "Grow your site with us!" |
