First we must say that we are sorry to see you go! If you have not done so already, we suggest opening a ticket and allowing us to fix any problems you may be having with us.

You can cancel your account by logging into your customer area at www.bluetreehost.com/support/. From there, click "My Hosting Packages". On the account you'd like to cancel, hit the button that says "View Details" . At the bottom of that page, there is a button that says "Request Cancellation". After clicking that, we ask that you fill out a short form with why you are leaving, and whether you would like to be cancelled immediately or at the end of the billing cycle.
